Creating Nice Corners
Ok, I was asked to make this tutorial for some people who dont know how to make nice metalic corners. First off start by making a document 100x100 then simplply by taking the Eliptical Marque Tool and make a small circle then fill it with #FFFFF. Now go to Layer>Style>GradientOverlay and set this settings.

This what you should get

Now use the Eliptical Marque tool to cut some of the pieces from layers. Play around with it, depends how you want it to look.

Now go to Create>NewLayer and set the same settings as for the first one. After you did that Make another circle right under the Layer and fill it with #2C2E2E . Should look like this

Looks ugly doesnt it? But keep going, now grab the Eliptical Marque Tool again and cut some pieces of the layers. Should look like this

It is still bad keep going. Make another new layer. Take the tool and make another circle and cut it out the pattern you like. Keep going like that and use your imagination. This is what i came up while playing with it.

Looks cool but a bit big doesnt it? So now what you do is go to resize with this settings

Now your corners look more like corners. Take your Rectangular Tool and make two lines from top left corner and bottom right corner. You could apply the Corner settings to it. Here what it shoud like:

Looks cool doesnt it? Well your finished, just delete the background layer if you had. Hope this helped out. Here is my .png for my corner if you guys out there want to use it!

On a darker background, It looks much better. Enjoy!

Hi
I’m creating a Photoshop website that acts like a portal, directing people to different sites to view the tutorials. I was wondering if I could link to your tutorial? If so, that would be great. All I ask of you is to e-mail five simple things to Streetygfx@gmail.com. I would like a 40 x 40 px of the finished product, the name of your finished product, a simple description of your tutorial, the name of the writer and a link to the creators website.
I am going to upload the thumbnail onto my own server, so either just upload it at www.imageshack.us or attach to the e-mail.
This way, you get more traffic to your site, and I am able to expand. If you would like any other tutorials put on my site, or you know of any other tutorial sites that would like their tutorials on my site, then please pass the info on.
Thanks for your help
