Start out with a new document

Than choose a foreground colour i used this orange colour #D63B05
Keep the background colour white

Next thing you do is goto Filter- Render - Render Clouds
When you rendered the clouds press CTRL+F this will redo the render again
Now you will have something like this

Next goto Stylize - Extrude

and use the settings below

The result will look like this

Now duplicate your layer

Now goto the top layer and take your Elliptical Marquee Tool and select and area around this size

The next steps are very easy and you can change the settings if you want a different effect
Goto Distort - Twirl and i used these settings

And as you can see this sig isn't all that cool yet so now for the "magic" touches.
Select your top layer and change the blending options to Color Burn changed the blending options to Color burn


You think your done now ?? WRONG !!!

Just need to add those little extra finishing touches
Take the eraser pick out a 100 pixel soft brush and take a stroke on the left side until about 1/3 of the weight..

And you got this and now your done
