In this tutorial, I'll show you how to create a blast going in speed like an arrow in different positions.

step 1
First
Open>New>Untitled-1
preset: 800x600
Mode : RGB
Contents : white
This you can see in the image.
step 2
Fill the locked layer with black...as you can see in the picture.
step 3
select
soft brush
Flow : 50%
master diameter : 210 pixels.
step 4
Select any light colour, i have selected "E9FAA3".
step 5
Create
New layer, above the back ground layer(locked layer), make a spot on it from your soft brush of "diameter : 210", as shown in the image.
