*It's back up after the forum crash*
Well if you want to do this tutorial they way it's displayed save the picture Just Save target As.

Ok now you open up the image
When opened goto Image - Adjustments - Threshold

I used these settings ( but you can toy around until your sadisfied )


Now take your eraser tool


And erase all the graphic junk as seen on the picture


Now make an new layer and choose your gradient tool ( it can be found below the paint bucket tool ) i used this nice orange colour


Go from the middle to the top ( not all the way to the top for the best result )


Next select your Top layer (witch contains the group image/picture) And change the
blending options from normal to Screen



And if you followed all the steps your result will look similair to mine
