In this Macromedia Flash tutorial you will see how to make this small annoying text effect that shakes the text and text shadow, to draw attention to the flash movie.

1.
Start by typing in some text you want this effect applied to.

In the timeline right click at frame 2 and create a new keyframe.

Then with the free transform tool rotate the text just a bit.

Right click at frame 3 and create a new keyframe.

Rotate the text back.

repeat this a couple of times.

Now make a new text object with the same text and same size, just another color, add the same effect as shown above and place it ontop of the first text object.

Remember to right click the black text layer and choose arrange -> send to back so it becomes the shadow of the text.
